Web ui hangs if internet is down

I was troubleshooting a connectivity issue (turns out its my isp) and one thing I noticed is if I stay on the dashboard too long then rhe web server stops responding.  Anything I try it just spins its wheels forever.  Had to hit power button (it would do an acpi shutdown, so it was not fully frozen) and turn it back on and it works again.  Also the graphs dont update.  There would not be traffic obviously but not sure why graphs would fail.

Im on my phone now but can provide more details if needed or when my Internet comes back.
