      Hello

I decided to migrate to my openvpn server from a Debian VM to a pfSense VM (on the same hypervisor, with the same ressource -CPU/RAM- for both VMs, using virtio as driver for every network interface).

here are my configuration from both server : https://pastebin.com/w0grvZrr

With pfSense server, I get 50% less speed, and I still don't know why.

      Results with iperf (iperf -V -i 1 -t 30 -c ping.online.net), same client :

      • pfSense server :  0.0-30.0 sec  452 MBytes  126 Mbits/sec

      • Debian server :  0.0-30.0 sec  867 MBytes  242 Mbits/sec

I try to change some information like encryption algorithm (AES-128-cbc to default Blowfish), TCP to UDP, but it's always way more slower.

=> Any idea on where could be the bottleneck ?
