Does the Open-VM-Tools package for pfSens also include the Paravirtual driver

Does the Open-VM-Tools package for pfSens also include the Paravirtual SCSII VMWARE driver (aka PVSCSI)? Does it install it automatically? If not, what actions should I make? I would like to switch the SCSII adapter from LSI Logic Parallel/SAS to PVSCSI Paravirtual, to save some valuable CPU cycles on disk operations. Have already done that for Linux and Windows machines, but couldn't easily do that for pfSense.

It seems that the driver for FreeBSD exists or almost exists :-)

OpenBSD appears to support the vmware paravirtual scsi driver using the vmwpvs driver. Can this driver be installed into freebsd?

No, OpenBSD and FreeBSD are two different animals. OpenBSD diverged from NetBSD which itself wasn't based on FreeBSD. The KPI/KBIs are very different and the drivers from one OS can't be used on the other.
