Cant get wlan to work with pfsence (Newb)

Hi!
First of all great software! Love the trafic shaper.
I am using WRAP 1.C-2 and pfsence 1.0 BETA3 and its working greate, but now i want to use my box as AP. I bought me a miniPCI Wlan card and mounted into the box with antenna. I cant get my Wlan to work. The card is Gigabyte GN-WIKG. I try to connect to it with my laptop and i can find the wireless network but cant connect to it. I tryed many diffrent settings on the Wlan. Last thing i tryed was to use static IP instead of DHCP and then i could connect but not abel to ping the pfsence box. The Firewall is completely open from Wlan -> WAN.
Im no computer expert so please use easy terms ;)
Mabye my Wlan card aren't supported by the system?
Mabye i need to install drivers for it? (and IF, how do i do that? Got a driver CD but got a hard time fitting it into my WRAP box, lol)I hope i explained so you can understand.

Not sure concerning the model of your wlan card but if pfSense is seeing it it should be supported. However Beta3 is a bit old and there were some fixes included for wireless settings in beta4. Please upgrade to the latest version and try again.

Is there an update for embeded systems BETA4 out yet? Can only find the "pfSense-Full-Update-BETA4.tgz" and this dont work. Would be nice to update trough the WebGUI so i dont need to take the box apart to get the CF-card out.

Reflash using the embedded version. There hasnt been an update for embedded in some time and there is no guarantee that there ever will be.

Going to reuse this old post. I didn't use my Wlan that much when i started this post so i let it be nonworking, but now i want to get it to work again ;)
This is the issue:
When i use the webGUI i do: Interface -> Assign -> (+) -> Then i get a "OPT1" and can chose from sis0, sis1, sis2, ral0 the lates one (ral0) is my wlancard so the machine have found it, but when i got the Wlan tab i cant chose that card there only sis, sis1, sis2…. =/
Why is this? Is my wlan card not supported?
edit btw i upgraded to latest version of pfsense now, RC2
