Squid is blokinh https although i made access role for target categories

dear all

please help me fixing this issue . i did all config for squid and squid filter . now iam bloking all htt and https sites
i want to allow websites for custom users  target role is allowing only http and not allowing https .. what can i do ?

please if any body helps me
