BandwidthD starts, but does not log anything.  Something wrong with how it is reading the config file.  I tried rebooting the system and re-installing the package, but nothing works.  In the system log when badwidthd starts it shows completely wrong subnets. This happens every time bandwithd starts no matter what I do.  Could it be conflict with another package? I will attach my bandwidthd config too.

      **pfsense 2.3.4-RELEASE

      Packages:**
      bandwidthd
      CRON
      nmap
      ntopng
      openvpn-client-export
      pfBlockerNG
      Service_Watchdog

      Error:

Jul 4 11:54:07	bandwidthd: Monitoring subnet 255.255.255.0 with netmask 255.255.255.0
