Same error here,
but went away after a second reboot. -
The error happened on shutdown from before the update. The update replaced some libraries and the PHP that was still running didn't like that so much.
It didn't come back because after the reboot everything was running on the correct versions.

What I'm saying is that it is OK, normal, and expected with the kind of library update that happened.
Everyone will see it unless you install fresh from a snapshot after the change.
It's harmless, just clear the error and move on. If we can figure out a way to suppress it, we will.
