Failed message during install

During a fresh install, in the partition phase, I got the message popup "Operation Cancelled, Precheck Failed" but then it continued on and completed the install without any issue and the system is operating just fine.  Just curious what failed and whether or not I should be concerned?  Thanks!

Might have been an issue with whatever was on the disk before, or a problem with the disk itself.

I'd give the entire disk a wipe with dd or another tool to zero it out and then install again to be safe.
