Outside wan network my public ip not pinging

Dear Team,

i am using pfsense 2.4 beta version. i am already posted this topic https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=133292.0. but still now no response,  senior members please help me on this issue. i am not able to ping my static ip address outside my network.  i need to access cctv nvr outside my network.
