I have had PIA set up through the OpenVPN section and although it seems like my traffic is flowing properly, any client that is not set up to use the PIA DNS is leaking requests to the ISP. I checked everything and it looks like they are all set up properly, and I even disabled pfBlockerNG because I wasn't sure if something was happening with the pfBlockerNG DNS settings. Does anything here look off? As an additional question that coincides with this, I am really having a hard time figuring out how to make sure all traffic routes through the VPN, but also trips the pfBlockerNG rules. Are these two issues possibly related?

      Thanks

You could prevent a device in your network to interrogate an unwanted DNS, adding two rules like these in the Firewall LAN tab.
In your case the first rule should contain as destination an alias with the DNS addresses you want to authorize.
