Lightsquid Web Server will not start manually or on boot.

Lightsquid Web Server will not start manually or on boot. I'm running 2.3.4-RELEASE-p1 (amd64) and its a ESXi VM. I have tried reinstalling it, deleting it and reinstalling it but it still wont work. Squid proxy is working correctly. Bellow is the log

I still have the same issue with light squid on a fresh install of 2.4.2-RELEASE (amd64). Lite squid will not run and I can find any info in the logs. Can anyone help me solve this issue.
