    Hello All,

    EDIT/Solved-

The debacle i done on this pfsense machine was in dhcp config i had entered some windows domain controller  dns server of previous windows versions from way back,i( the reason being trying to get client windows machines to see a 'home folder '/network drive , i'm sure) initial install of pfsense (that overrode the system dns settings). After removing these two entries in the dhcp config, web browsing is fine now on this pfsense. yes, shot myself in the foot once again.

    pfsense-2.2.4-amd64      (x 2)

Info:  Two school buildings with identical gigabyte fiber WAN connections from same provider , identical Dell 8 core/ 16G memory as pfsense hardware. Identical dns settings set in the general config. Packages added to each, Squid, SquidGuard,Lightsquid.

Problem: One site is fine web browsing, the second is showing diffinate latency getting each web page to load, both http & https ,once the web page starts to load it completes fairly fast though. It almost appears dns related but as stated above the dns is idenitcal on each pfsense.

To cut to the quick posting the squidclient results here and maybe someone will see what is wrong with a solution.
