no , gif no dhcp, only lan has dhcp.

Unique_local_address only setup in VPN, I just use it to the internal network. What is the relationship with radvd?

Assigned interface with a GW set is considered a WAN.
WAN is not an internal network.
There is no need to assign VPNs as interface to use them normally.
Go dig what's opt8 and disable the DHCPv6 server there.
As repeatedly stated, your setup is a giant mess. Which brings me to your last question:
