Problem with Dansguardian and time based block

I have an issue with the dansguardian configuration, specifically with time based block, i have a specific  schedule for work and free like follow:

from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Work)

from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm (free)

from 2:00 am to 5:00 pm (Work)

The problem is for example:

if it is 1:50 pm and the user is surfing in Facebook (a site not allowed in work hours only free) and arrive 2pm, the answer of Dans guardian proxy must be blocked  immediately but is not thus, the sites keep on active, if the user closes the Facebook and open it again work ok the site is blocked, the problem is when the user keep on the site open.
