TCP half-open rate limiting option

Hi,

Does pfSense have a rate limiting option for TCP half-open connections per IP?

I've worked with other Firewalls in the past that have this and have not seen it so far in the options.

I think you can only rate-limit connections per second and adjust the timeout for half-opened connections, but not actually limit the number of half-opened connections.
