DHCP Service (dhcpd) fails to start

Hi.
After upgrading to the latest snapshot (2.4.0.r.20171009.1758) from previous snapshot, dhcpd fails to start. Anyone that has the same problem or knows why this is happening?

Tnx pkg upgrade -f did solve this.
