Whats changed in 2.1.1_11 ? Is there a source control repo?

I'm trying to find what's new in 2.1.1_11. Does this fix the 2.4.0 issues?

Also, is it stored on github or svn somewhere? I found some repos, but they are all stale.

2.1.2 is out and is supposed to have a fix for the issue.
