Cannot ping/access web address after re-enabling autoconfig backup.

    I am having trouble accessing the web interface address on the LAN. This has been working fine for years. The only recent change I have made was renewing an expired pfsense gold subscription for "autoconfig backup". If I directly connect to the interface via my laptop, I can get to it.  I have not made any changes to my switches, network, or Firewall. This is a backup Firewall using the pfsense "SYNC" service. My main Firewall sits on the same switch, the following port, and on the same vlan. I do not have any trouble accessing my main firewall.

    Note:

    -I've reset my browser

    • tried a different cable
    • unplugged all my other interfaces on the FW
    • Completely rebooted the FW
