Squid windows 2012 AD auth settings?

I have finally setup my lab with pfsense 2.4.1 auth vs a win 2012 r2 for squidGuard.

Is working.

I have some doubts, the whole youtube videos I watch they create a OU inside the AD called PFSENSE, they create users inside this OU and they test, now if I have already users in my AD, those must be part of the OU?
