Voucher DB Sync error

Hi.

Sometimes I got some XMLRPC sync errors from voucher db syncing on slave nodes.

Both (master & slave nodes) pfSenses are on 2.4.1

I opened https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/8079 for it and pushed a fix just now. It will be fixed in 2.4.2.
