      Hi everyone;
      I install pfsense 2.4.2 and create multiple vlans on lan interface.
      I enable captive portal each vlan but one of my captive portal services doesnt start , give this errorr

      " The command '/usr/local/sbin/nginx -c /var/etc/nginx-zone105-CaptivePortal.conf' returned exit code '1', the output was 'nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:8006 failed (48: Address already in use) nginx: [emerg] bind() to [::]:8006 failed  "

      my zone103 and 105 use same port 8006 due to one of this vlan captive portal services doesnt start ,ı changed port from  nginx-zone103-CaptivePortal.conf file and restart but pfsense doest accept my chnage setting load original settins.

      ı dont understan why captive portal assign same port diffrent zone

      ıs there anyone have a solution or idea
      thanks

        One Captive portal per interface or VLAN.
        These can't, of course, have no overlapping networks addresses.
        Editing files like "nginx-zone103-CaptivePortal.conf" is useless, they are created on the fly when the service starts or restart. All info is stored and use from /conf/config.xml (which, also, should NOT be edited by hand, but by the GUI).

        No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
        Edit : and where are the logs ??
