Transparent firewall configuration "With Pictures"

I am currently having problems with our transparent firewall. I haven't had any luck with getting help on my problems so I was hoping to get feedback on the configuration of the firewall. Currently the setup is allowing traffic in and out but is blocking some traffic. I'm lost as to where I may have gone wrong. Ive ran multiple pfsense boxes before although this is the first transparent one. I have another box almost identical to this one in house that I used for testing and it seems to be running fine transparent.
