      Suricata 4.0.1_1

      This update to Suricata makes a change to the URL used for downloading ET-Pro and ET-Open rules packages.  The change was necessitated by a new folder structure on the Proofpoint web site.  Proofpoint now has tailored rules for different Suricata versions.

      There are no other changes in this Suricata update.
