Lose Internet when using OpenVPN

I have set up 2 OpenVPN services with the same exact configuration except for the fact the first one (working one) has 10.0.0.0/24 for IPv4 Local network(s), and the new one (NOT working) is supposed to limit the users to have access to only one IP (i.e. 10.5.2.9), so I put 10.5.2.0/24 for IPv4 Local network(s).

While using the 2nd service, I loose Internet for some unknown reason, any idea why?
