Created new config for new Internet connection and now I cannot connect to VPN

The site I manage has a new Internet connection. The switch occurred without issue, but now when I export VPN config files, neither I nor my users are able to connect to the VPN. It appears that the client export is not taking into consideration the new configuration. What steps should I take?
