    What happened to indefinitely resolve server?

      What happened to indefinitely resolve server?  Is it on by default and can't be turned off or what?

      edit:  See some post about it being a dead menu option and being always on anyway.

            It's all on the ticket. It's enabled by default now in OpenVPN and has been forced on in pfSense for years, so we removed the option from the GUI since it was meaningless.
