Double Hub and Spoke setup

Good morning to all

I'm thinking of setting up a OpenVPN hub and spoke server. But as I want redundancy i wanted to setup two hub servers an connect all spokes to both hubs. Spokes should be able to talk to each other over both connections.

Attached is a (bad) drawing of what I'm thinking of.

Is this possible, or has anyone done something similar?
