Just wanted to say thanks
-
I hope this is the right place to express my thanks to those who have created and contribute to pfsense
I have looked at many router/fireawall solutions that could turn an old PC into a great piece of kit
and pfsense ticks all the right boxes, it really does.
I am amazed at all the features and for so long fell for the features offered by other organisations.
When I finally switched to pfsense it all made pfsense - I am just hoping the PF part of the name
is what I think it means Perfect F sense. Hahahahahaha anyway I am very impressed and thank you very much -
Here is the official name meaning ;)
https://www.netgate.com/blog/so-what-does-pfsense-stand-formean-anyway.htmlScott came up with pfSense, pf being the packet filtering software used, as in making sense of pf.
