Squid + squidguard web filtering problem

Hello All ,
I am facing some problem while setting up squid + squidguard web filtering . I have kept no restriction but while i was trying i am getting following error :
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden Connection: close Content-Length: 506 Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Access Denied
You are attempting to access a forbidden site.
Consult your system administrator for details.

When i am trying to access those urls by bypassing pfsense , i can access without any problem. I also need assistance to modify squidguard.conf file from shell. Thanks in advance.
