Squid forward all mydomain.com traffic to 10.1.1.2

I have squid set up and running (has been for around a year now) now I want to forward all traffic that is directed from( example) myapp.mydomain.com to 10.1.1.2, so for example:

https://myapp.mydomain.com:8007 –> https://10.1.1.2:8007

I can see lots of other squid related articles, but nothing as basic as this, can anyone point me in the direction of a decent howto, or help with the above?

That's got nothing to do with squid.  Add a host override in your DNS config to resolve that host to whatever address you specify.
