pfBlockerNG will duplicate all my pass rules each time an update or reload occurs. It will also occur if I change the rule order in pfBlockerNG settings. It also occurs on reboot. Is there a simple settings I'm overlooking?

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall pfBlockerNG
I've tried altering multiple settings with no success

If left unattended it will copy all my pass rules once, then it will copy all the current pass rules (giving me 4 duplicates, 8, 16, 32 and so on.)

Update: I did a full reinstall of pfSense and the problem still occurs upon restoring configuration file.

      Other information:
      2.4.3-RELEASE (amd64)
      pfBlockerNG 2.1.2_2

      Any advice would be helpful.
