Hello, I am using 2.4.2-RELEASE-p1 and I want to use the pfSense server so that a user can log in just with the certificate and not have to enter a username and password.

However, I guess I am being dense and I cannot figure it out. If someone can point me to the setting I would appreciate it. I have tried Automatic-User verify-x509, Use tls-remote (Deprecated), and use TLS-remote and quote the server CN. None of these seem to work for me for just using the certificate.

    Thank you for any help.

Thank you … that solved it.

I kept looking on the client export tab not the servers tab.
