Squidclient -h 127.0.0.1 -p 3128 mgr:info -difference with "DNS Server Override"

My internet was getting slower. Browsing, loading characters in games etc..
Squid problem ? or DNS problem ?I have learned that I should enter the closest and fastes DNS in here.. but.
But after selecting this, changes looks better, dont you agree ?
DNS Server Override
Allow DNS server list to be overridden by DHCP/PPP on WAN If this option is set, pfSense will use DNS servers assigned by a DHCP/PPP server on WAN for its own purposes (including the DNS Forwarder/DNS Resolver). However, they will not be assigned to DHCP clients.
