Limited account to only manage dhcp

Hi
Is it possible to create a limited account in pfSense that can only manage the dhcp aspect of pfsense?
So any one having that account can list leases, reservations, modify them, delete them, create new reservation.

Where via command line or via gui.
Luke the RBAC in windows world.
