Captive Portal does not work after disconnect single user

I use version 2.4.3 with a captive portal + free radius.

The portal works on https and starts normally, but if you use a pop-up window for disconnect, it no longer appears for this computer before changing any parameters in its settings and then restarting it (just restart service does not help). The situation is similar if I disconnect a single user through the status menu -> captive portal.

!! But everything works fine if users are disconnected by timeout from the portal or radius, as there is no problem if I disconnect not one user, but all.
Also works fine on the version 2.4.2

If someone knows the solution - please help!
