Having an issue with what should be a fairly simple port forward.  Running pfSense 2.4.3.  Went to firewall, NAT, Port forward.  Created rule with Interface WAN, protocol TCP, Destination port range Other 2112, specified the internal computer target IP and same port 2112.  It also created the corresponding WAN rule.  When I try to access this from my cell phone on mobile data, it doesn't connect, and the log shows:
WAN Default deny rule IPv4 (1000000103) ip of my cell phone:3360  ip of my wan:2112  TCP:S

My ISP uses carrier grade NAT, so I purchased a static IP instead.  This setup worked on the router provided by the ISP, but I would rather switch to pfSense.

I'm also receiving this notification any time I reload filters:
There were error(s) loading the rules: /tmp/rules.debug:18: cannot define table bogonsv6: Cannot allocate memory - The line in question reads [18]: table <bogonsv6> persist file "/etc/bogonsv6"

Can anyone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong?
      Thanks!

Problem was the bogon bug that comes with fresh install of 2.4.3.  I read this and changed my max firewall table entries to 500000 https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=145990.0
