Sounds like those packages didn't get reinstalled when you upgraded. Those packages are specific to the version that runs on Netgate hardware, so as long as you are still running that type of image you can re-fetch them from the package repository. They are listed as aws-wizard and ipsec-profile-wizard.
If they show as installed under System > Packages on the Installed Packages tab, reinstall them. If they do not show in the installed list, go to the Available Packages tab and install them from there.

They do not show up in the Installed packages like our other netgate unit and do not show in the available packages either.

Is that actually Netgate hardware? If so, it should be showing a model in the version information, and it doesn't appear to be.
It may be running CE, the easiest way to tell is to look at the logo in the upper left to see if it shows "Community Edition". If so, then it won't have access to those packages. You may have to take a backup and edit out the tags from that package (e.g.
<menu>...</menu>
tag entries mentioning those packages) -
You are right, it does say CE in upper left and other unit does not.
I am guessing back when this unit would not upgrade via normal means and support had me make a backup, start over and restore I must have gotten the wrong image ?
The other netgate unit that is working shows :

What model device is that? There was an older Jetway-based FW-525B or something along those lines that was sold for a very brief period several years ago but it's been EOL for quite some time, so long ago it isn't even listed on the Product Lifecycle page. That's the only thing I can think of that would show the way your output appears. If it's a different model, then it may be on a label somewhere on the device saying what it is.
I don't know that we have any installation images specifically for that one or if we can still grant installer access for it given its age. You can open a ticket at https://go.netgate.com and ask, if it is a Netgate box.

Thanks, will go check and if needed just order a new one :)
