squid - offline/cache google docs

hi all,

couple of my work colleagues use google docs for work related documents but i am going to be making there network not able to talk to the internet (create an outbound rule on the pfsense firewall for that network range not to have internet access)

im thinking of creating a local cache/offline server using squid on my pfsense, so this server will have internet access only and all of the clients are able to talk to this server on the network

but i still want them to have no internet access

is this a possibility or not
