Time runs SO SLOWWWWWW in pfsense under VMware and tools.sync="true" will only adjust the time every minute or so, which makes for poor RRD graphing.  I would like to try and tweak the kernel time to be a little closer to the wall clock in the VM.  I'm thinking kern.hz= something but I can't find the right conf file.  Playing with boot/loader.conf just crashes the OS in the VM as it's starting up.

Anyone know where the proper conf file is located?
