Squid for Microsoft Office Starter

Hi All,

I installed a squid package in my pfsense (2.4.3_1) server. The squid can working properly. User can use it to surface internet. But user cannot use it to install
Microsoft office starter. I used wireshark to capture some network packets for debugging. I found a lot of TCP Window FULL message in wireshark.

Any suggestions for me to solve the above issue? Thanks.
