      Version of pfSense 2.3.4-RELEASE-p1 (i386)
      FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p19

Hello, after pfSense upgrade to this version, and after I've added client export package, I don't see option to enable management interface.
      Was this option removed?

I have need to create installers with this option for my colleagues who do not have administrative privilege
      on their Win7/8/10 workstations.

It was removed. There is no need for it because the OpenVPN 2.4 windows client no longer needs administrator privileges. It already installs a services and the unprivileged GUI controls it that way.
