Does pfBlockerNG support DNS RPZ lists with full URLs, such as some malware lists provide?

If not, would SquidGuard offer DNS RPZ with full URLs (including for HTTPS)?

Else, could a separate BIND server on the local pfSense box provide "upstream" DNS resolution to enable DNS RPZ with full URLs?

DNSBL will block domains, it cannot block based on a URL as it is a DNS based blocker.
