What is the difference between version 0.5.0.4 and the last version ?
I asked this because, last version works but not this latest version.

Version of what? You haven't specified what package you are talking about. This is the cache/proxy board but there are multiple cache/proxy packages, and none of them have a version number close to what you mention.

e2guardian version 0.5.0.4 and previous version 0.5.0.3_1
I asked this because version 0.5.0.3_1 works for me but when I clean install and use updated version 0.5.0.4, I cant ssl mitm anymore.

That is not an official package for pfSense. If you want to ask about that, I suggest you start a new thread and put the name of the package in the title. Otherwise the chances are slim that anyone that touches that package will see this thread.
