Does Pfblocker generate any syslogs apart from the pfsense syslogs. If so what is the log format of the pfblocker syslogs

In pfBlockerNG-devel, all log files are in the /var/log/pfblockerng/ folder:
        dnsbl.log
        dnsbl_parsed_error.log
        ip_block.log
        ip_permit.log
        ip_match.log
        maxmind_ver
        error.log
        pfblockerng.log
        extras.log

These logs are in CSV format and contain the Action'd events:
        dnsbl.log
        dnsbl_parsed_error.log
        ip_block.log
        ip_permit.log
        ip_match.log

They are not part of the pfSense syslog options at the moment, but possibly for next releases. You would have to manually send to a syslog as required.
