      Hello again,

      I have a WLAN dedicated for the gamers. How would I go about restricting that WLAN, so that only game consoles can connect to it? I'd be ok with captive portal, proxy or maybe even a custom solution; as long as I can keep it within the pfSense environment.

        For that, the closest you will get is whitelisting the MAC addresses of the specific game consoles you have/know of. That would be handled in your AP before the traffic ever reaches pfSense (layer 2).
