Hello everyone, I'm using pfSense latest version with HyperV server 2012 R2. I have the vm with 2 virtual NICs, LAN and WAN, each in a different External Virtual Switch. Turns out I can't get my WAN to take IP for DHCP. Talking to my ISP I find that the physical NIC on which I have my Virtual Switch connected to my WAN is taking the public IP given to me by my ISP.
Does anyone know how I can get IP to my WAN before the physical NIC of my HyperV?

Thank you very much for any hints on this subject.
      Warm greetings.

      Gabriel

When I've had problems getting traffic passing, I've had to disconnect all my machines from the virtual switch, then delete/recreate and reconnect the virtual switch.

on Virtual Switch manager, uncheck "Allow Management operating system to share this network adapter" that will make the WAN Virtual NIC of your PFsense as if it is its physical NIC
