Block Facebook Website but Allow Certain Facebook Page

Hi Guys!

Is it possible to block Facebook website but allow us to visit some facebook page?

For example: www.facebook.com/facebookpage/fbpageInbox

We are using Squid Proxy (not transparent).
I've done the following in squidguard proxy:

1. Created different target categories:
   A) FB.com
   B) FB.com/page/pageinbox

2. I set FB.com/page/pageinbox as whitelist then
   FB.com as Block
   This is in particular order. The fb.com/page/pageinbox is on the top of the list in Common ACL.

Sad to say, it isn't working.
