Environment: FRR BGP with pfSense 2.4.3_1
Use Case: Redistribute IPv6 networks (/64 networks from a /48 subnet) to a Cisco device.
The IPv6 networks to redistribute are directly connected to pfSense.Bug/Question:
Selecting Yes to "Redistribute connected network" is not picking up those IPv6 networks.
If the networks are added manually to Networks to Distribute, everything works fine.
Has someone experience the same issue?
Is this a known bug?Kind regards.

Looks like FRR is assuming that to be for IPv4 only even though in the configuration it's in the global BGP router config and not in an IPv4-specific area.
That can be worked around but not a trivial fix. If you can open a bug report at https://redmine.pfsense.org we'll get it addressed, but it may take some time to get to it.

The bug report has been created (Bug #8729). Any workaround available (for example by updating the config file manually)?

You could go for a completely manual config but the easiest workaround is what you did before, just add those networks to the manual list to distribute.
