Last version of Squidguard not read/write target rules access

    After upgrading from squid and squidguard to the latest versions, 0.4.44_1 and 1.16.17_2, the target rules list does not load pre-existing settings for the list. They stay in the default access "----". Is it a bug in the read / write permission of the file?
