      Hello All.

      I basically setup my device using the guide below

      https://forum.netgate.com/topic/95041/howto-route-part-of-your-lan-via-torguard-or-pia

      Im testing everything and all seems to be working well. When i kill the Openvpn service my internet drops out and pings cease working (on the vpn segement). For some reason I can still do google searches in chrome? Any reason what may be causing this?

      Many thanks,

        Because that traffic isn't marked NO_WAN_EGRESS for some reason.

        If it was marked as such and you have the proper rules in place on WAN to not allow that traffic out, it would not go out.

          @derelict

          Thanks Derelict. I will have a further look into it.

          It seems I cannot replicate this issue anymore, but not much has changed.

          I will return if I manage to figure it out.

          Thanks
